Your health first, always.
Exams and the run-up to them can be a very stressful time, and for many students GCSEs bring a new, and unfamiliar, type of pressure. Unfortunately, stress and low confidence are two of the most common reasons for students not achieving results that reflect their academic potential, and work ethic. At ABT, our sessions integrate positive mental health practices, to help students become resilient in the face of this stress and later challenges that they face.
